We are a community of leaders and pastors committed to the well-being and growth of local churches. Our vision is clear: healthy pastors, healthy churches, growing and multiplying.
At Alma, we hold the conviction that the covenant is not just a building, but a community of individuals committed to following the way of Jesus and making a difference in the world. For that reason, we extend to you a cordial invitation to join this community and participate in our next meeting.
It is working to promote healthy pastors and leaders in equally healthy churches. We believe that when pastors are well cared for and equipped, churches can grow and multiply effectively. We strive to foster fellowship among leaders and pastors, providing valuable tools and resources for their growth and development. Through our work at ALMA, we hope to inspire and equip leaders around the world to bring about positive transformation in their communities and the world at large.
ALMA is dedicated to promoting personal and ministerial relationships, mutual support and encouragement in covenant and prayer groups. It shares continuing education resources to equip and empower us in the service of God's Kingdom.
